HISTORY     

With a 16 years exeperience in the compatible supplies industry, Producton SRL is currently a market leader in Romania having export links all over Europe. Various tests performed by laboratories , along with the long-term relationships that we have with our clients, are proof of the high performance of our products.

Producton is a forward looking company, constantly updating its product range to meet the market needs.

In January 2004 the company was certified under the ISO 9001:2001 compliance for the commercial operations and the production process, so all the products  are manufactured under a rigorous implementation of the standard. In 2010 the company is certified under the ISO 14001.

Sience 1997 the product portfolio includes also original supplies for the printing industry. In the couple of years following this widening of the product range, Producton became one of the three main resellers for Hewlett Packard, Canon, Lexmark and Xerox OEM.

We work with a complete distribution chain, consisting of resellers, dealers as well as end-users in Romania and abroad. We distribute a wide range of supplies for printers and copiers including ink, toner, drums, wiper blades, refill accessoriesm compatible inkjet and laser cartridges, compatible toner for copiers and laser printers, original printer and copier consumables.

CERTO is Producton’s registered brand for compatible cartridges. The raw materials used in the remanufacturing process are purchased only from selected manufacturers, ensuring a high quality of the final product. Our local program of empties collection helps us protect the environment and also supplies our production department with virgin empties.

In the last years, the market for CERTO compatible cartridges increased considerably, due in part to the wide range of models and brands covered (HP, Canon, Epson, Lexmark, Xerox, Minolta, Brother being the best-known). Our customers have been convinced about our seriousness and our efforts to fulfill their needs.

MILESTONES     

1993 July – the foundation of the company ;
         – participating at TIB (Bucharest International Technical Fair);
         – Producton becomes an important toner supplier for printers and copiers;

1994 – November - the company’s headquarters moves into a new building in Cotroceni ; this becomes the most well known place in Bucharest for consumables;
          – becomes market leader for printer toner;
          – becomes the Romanian distributor of the main USA producer of toner;

1995 – Producton becomes market leader for compatible consumables for copiers;
         – colaborates with the most important toner producers in Europe and USA;

1996 – decides to widen its rande of products : starts selling original consumables;

1998 – 2000 – becomes authorized distributor for Hewllet Packard, Canon, Lexmark, Epson etc.

1999 – registers its own brand: Certo;

2000 – becomes one of the three distributors for Elfotec AG (the largest European toner producer for copier) in Romania;

2001 – the only distributor in Romania for OCP GmbH (the largest European producer for inks for printer);
        – the only distributor in Romania for Pelikan AG (one of the main producers of printer toner);

2002 – OCP GmbH gives Producton the distribution for Bulgaria ;
         – once with the foundation of the consumables division at Hewlett Packard, Producton is recognised as being the biggest HP reseller in Romania;

2003 – at Producton it is founded the Export Department;
         – Pelikan AG and Elfotec AG give Producton the distributio right for Eastern Europe;
         – becomes the most important partner in Romania for Elfotec AG;

2004 – the company is certified under the ISO 9001:2001.
