Please find below an in depth overview of our general terms and conditions, which allows you to follow and understand our trading conditions and returns procedure. We kindly ask you to carefully read these terms and conditions.
TERMS OF SALE
1. Price: The price of the goods shall be as per our price list and also listed on the Proforma invoice.
We reserve the right by giving notice to you at any time before delivery, to increase the price of the goods, to reflect any increase in the cost which is due to any factor beyond our control (such as, without limitation, any foreign exchange fluctuation, currency regulation, alteration of duties, significant increase in the costs of labour, materials or other costs of manufacture), any change in delivery dates, quantities or specifications for the goods which is requested, or any delay caused by any instructions of yours or failure to give us adequate information or instructions.
2. Terms of Payment: All the payments shall be done 100% in advance and also by credit, on your request.
3. Shipment: Shipment is described as EXW, Bucharest unless otherwise noted on the invoice.
At your request we are able to arrange the shipment of goods using the services of international carriers such as DPD, DHL, TNT, FedEx and trucking companies.
Delivery: On receipt of any delivery from Producton, please check that:
- You have received the correct number of pallets or boxes as indicated on the Packing list.
- The address and delivery references match all correspondence.
- All stock is correct with no short/over shipments or incorrect goods.
Any discrepancies should be indicated on the delivery note prior to signature.
Loss and damage in transit: Keep all packaging materials for carrier inspection. Please notify Producton immediately upon receipt of goods. We will only consider shortage, loss and damage in transit claims if notified within 2 days of receipt of goods.
4. Limitations on Damages: We have made an effort to determine that the materials shipped are of good commercial quality. In the event any material is defective due to faults in the manufacture or packaging or through any fault of Producton, you shall notify immediately, stating full particulars in support of your claim, and we will either replace the goods upon return of the defective or unsatisfactory material, or will credit your account with the cost of such goods (RETURNS PROCEDURE).
5. Warranty: We warrant that the goods will correspond with their specification at the time of delivery and will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of delivery.
PRODUCT RETURNS
No returns will be accepted without prior approval. Your return RMA (Return Material Authorisation) number must appear on the outside of the returned package.
In order to obtain an RMA number for products you would like to return for credit, you will need to complete the Complaint Form (please download or ask to be sent to you). This form should be completed in accordance with the terms specified and should be sent to your account representative by fax or e-mail. Goods that have been returned to our warehouse without obtaining an RMA number first will be returned without any further processing.
- PRODUCTS INCORRECTLY ORDERED BY THE CUSTOMER
Authorized returns will be subject to a 20% restocking charge. Only undamaged current products will be considered for return.
Credit will be issued only after approval and our inspection of the product. We reserve the right to refuse any unauthorized product return. Under certain conditions the 20% restocking fee can be avoided.
No claim will be taken into consideration if the products subject to a presumable claim have suffered any modifications (adjustments, replacement of any components etc.) that had not previously been authorized by our company (trough the RMA number).
For any complaint regarding faulty products you have to fill in the Complaint Form. Please note that a description like ‘faulty’ or ‘does not function’ is not sufficient. Also, it is very important to fill in the correct QC (Batch) Number which could be found on any products dispatched by us. If is possible send us a digital image which to prove us the damage of the goods.
We shall take into consideration the claim for faulty products only if we receive from you the Complaint Form adequately filled in. The form has to be submitted to our representative within a period of 1 week from the date which the defect have been reported to you.
If requested, a test sheet printed with the faulty cartridge must also be sent (by mail or fax or scanned and sent by e-mail) and to give us all the details regarding the malfunction symptoms of any faulty item.
Once the details about faulty products were communicated to us and Complaint Form and the test sheet were received, the Service Manager will analyze the symptoms described and compare the test sheet of the faulty cartridge with the test sheet of the same cartridge printed before dispatch. He may take the decision to whether ask for the faulty items to be returned and investigated or simply to replace or credit the faulty items. In case of returned items, if after the investigation at our premises the conclusion is that the claim is valid, the items will be replaced, or credited.
The results and conclusions of the Service Manager regarding the investigation of the faulty cartridges will be communicated to you in writing on the same Complaint Form within 1 week from the arrival of the returned cartridges to our facility.
Products made available for return must be packaged suitably for transport – i.e. in the same or better condition they were previously packaged for dispatch. |
